I so enjoy this bag – especially during the summer! Who wants to haul around a big suffocating bag when it is 100˚? During the week, I drop it inside my work tote and go, go, go. On the weekends, I throw it over my shoulder and explore the world. It is compact, but really pulls my look together and helps to polish my appearance. In addition, it comes with a relatively short and removable shoulder strap. You can easily substitute it for a longer Félicie chain or a vachetta shoulder strap if you need something longer.
The canvas of the Pochette Accessories resists everything; however, the vachetta shoulder strap needs a little love – in my opinion. I usually use Apple Brand Garde Rain & Stain Water Repellent to keep the vachetta looking pristine, but that is totally your call. I have not had any bad experiences with it, but some have reported that it leaves marks on the leather.

The size is perfect! It fits a makeup bag (Mini Pochette Accessories 5.5” x 3.5” x 0.8” – also a wristlet), card holder (Hermes Chevre Mysore Calvi Card Case Rose Jaipur 4.1” x 2.8”), and my key fob. Undoubtedly, it is a no nonsense bag.
It costs $525.00 on the Louis Vuitton website as of September 1, 2019, but it is usually listed as “Call for Availability.” If you check the website, it is occasionally available; however, I recommend persistence. Talk to your SA and it will eventually show up.
