I found these gems to be true to size. For reference, I am 5’4” and range between 115 to 118 pounds. I got the size 27” waist, which measures 36” at the hips. The waist of the Adriano Goldschmied (AG) – The Farrah High Waist Ankle Skinny Jeans sits just below the belly button, with about a 9” rise in the front and a 13” rise in the back. The inseam measures 28” and the leg opening is 9”. The Farrah High Waist Ankle Skinny Jeans are listed as being made of 91% cotton, 8% polyester, and 1% polyurethane. They have a zippered fly, button closure, and five functional pockets! Long gone are the days of pockets that are so tiny that they can’t hold a thing!
The denim feels like butter! It is super soft and stretchy. They are so soft that I just want to touch them all day. I love the wash of them as well (11 Years Blue Bound) as it is relaxed without much distressing.
They fit like a glove and DO NOT stretch out as the day goes on. The denim is high performing and works overtime with its amazing shape retention – I mean no saggy knees or constantly having to pull your slim fitting jeans up during the day.
In fact, they have the perfect amount of skinny from the knee down. The waistband holds you in but does not cut into your abdomen – like other unforgiving cheaper denims can. You can sit down, reach forward, and still breathe comfortably! I was able to eat dinner without feeling like my jeans were squeezing me like a boa constrictor. The denim gave enough and seemed to magically boomerang back to a slim silhouette when we got up to leave the restaurant. The pocket placement makes your backside look uplifted, slim, and trim. They hug me in all the right places and give that perfect silhouette.
The length is perfect with an undone hem that is subtle and classy. In addition to being undone, the hem also has a slight split, which looks amazing with heels. They wear like leggings yet still look really flattering on me. These jeans are perfect for a day of shopping or a night out with heels.

I was hesitant to spend so much money on these, but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a luxurious pair of great fitting jeans, AG is sure to please!
